Confessions of Pain- 4 / 5 Stars!
I had no idea what the heck this movie is about and i have never heard of it. other than chubb telling me that takeshi kaneshiro is acting in it.. anyway, it was only until i reached the theatre and saw the movie poster that i realised i saw the trailer before! yeah i have lousy memory, very lousy memory as most of you should know and anyway i remembered it as shang cheng all along.
Didnt expect it to be an intelligent witty movie! in fact, in my opinion its even better than death note 2! however 2 days of such movies requiring high levels of brain power have left me exhausted. in addition to waking up freaking early in the morning to go for OGL training and sleeping late at night.

Death Noted with THR33 ( YES AGAIN ) today and it was a mediocre movie i think.
Yea the plot is smart and all but I just feel that it's too smart to be real. The only way either L or Light can know what each other's strats are, is that they are either the writer or watching the movie. It's just impossible!!
Anyway, i have to share this with everyone as im a very kind person.
DON'T EVER TAKE BUS 36 IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY.
Yesterday i waited 40 minutes for bus 36 from the airport and it still hasn't come! In the end my dad called and came to pick me up instead. Today, i waited 50 minutes ( YES 50 FCKING MINUTES ) for a bus 36 to come like ZOMGWTFBBQ. I will never trust 36 anymore.

Just came back from a Thr33 chilling session at the airport. we were supposed to go there to study/read but in the end, we just talked and photo-ed and chilled for the whole 4-5 hours.

I hate rainy days. they spoil my plans for going out, so i can only stay at home. When im at home, i'll rot in front of the computer. Like what i have been doing for the entire afternoon.
Because the weather is so cooling and nice, i won't have the mood to start on my long overdue homework/revision either. wait, i don't even know what homework there is... what a wasted day.

MERRYCHRISTMAS!!
I love how my family has this tradition of going to a relative's house to celebrate/countdown to christmas! We alternate between the houses every year so its something different and the best thing is, we all get to meet up and catch up with each other. Especially this year when we all (about 30 people) just crowd around the living room and chat, exchange presents, eat and stuff. Very cosy feeling.
Anyway, christmas is also a time when i get presents! This year is a year of shirts and wallets. So coincidental got 2 wallets!
I got a beckham t-shirt, ashworth polo tee, diesel t-shirt, surfer's paradise t-shirt, billabong wallet and ocean pacific wallet, guylian chocolates, a moschino parfum and a nike sling bag =)

ok in continuation to my very short post before.
i reflected on how i want my life to be for year 2. esp after meeting up with thr33 not long before going to msia, leaving me with some serious thoughts. i dunno why but meeting up with them always seem to leave me feeling more intellectual and insightful and mature and idk wad other words. its a feeling that i cant have with other friends, so yeah. i decided to come up with some resolutions in line with my year 2 life.
1. I MUSTuse the computer less often, with a limit of at most 2 hours on weekdays and no mmorpg games allowed!
2. I will do my utmost best to attempt tutorials and listen to lectures.
3. I will keep my tasks organized and cease to procastinate.
4. I will keep fit because i do not want to do extra 2 months of NS
5. I will therefore pass my "A" lvls with flying colours.
Yes.
For starters, let's just hope i still keep to these by the end of january.

Hi im back from M'sia. So many things happened that i don't know how to start blogging about it. I stayed at my uncle's place and it was kinda boring at times so i had alot of free time to let my mind drift off and wonder about stuffs. I like that type of life. Just a simple day following another. Nothing to be hurried about. I even had time to finish Velocity by Dean Koontz but im not really in the mood to do a book review now.
I don't want my real life to resume.

THR33 wanted to eat the long anticipated ice cream buffet at maestro bistro today but we got cheated. the last time we went to eat the dinner sets we all clearly remembered seeing that the buffet was from 2-5pm, weekdays. but today they said, the buffet is from 12-2pm! outright lie! how can an ice cream buffet be during a busy lunch period?
anyway that gave us alot of time to walk up & down orchard loooking for ice cream buffets but to no avail. basically we ate alot on the way, burning time and just walking around orchard. had some good catching up, heck we haven met much during the holidays at all !! Despite winston's biased opinion of Eragon, i still think its a really nice show/story. although it was very VERY corny at parts, other than that its much worth watching and i don't think its plagiarised or a rip-off.

After that we continued to catch up with each other and talked for a very long time at Vila'ge cos none of us were really hungry but we just wanted a place to chill. Will upload a video asap after i get it from winston (its a whopping 45mb becos of his super good quality digicam).
so i shall give you a preview of me in the meantime.

with all the excessive going out since the holidays began, im beginning to feel guilty. guilty that i slacked the year away and scraped through promos and yet i am not putting in any effort to revise during the holidays. worse still year 2 will be much more hectic and stressful than year 1 and i don't think im prepared/want to start year 2. the other reason why im feeling guilty is that im spending money like im drinking water. i use and use money everytime i go out, that i think i spent around a few hundred bucks already? the reason why i started working was because i don't wanna feel so guilty, everytime i just go out and don't contribute to my own spending at all. however, after working all the more i feel bad when i spend money! Example - a day out at kbox on wed and sentosa today = half of my total pay gone!!! the feeling sucks when its so hard to earn the money and yet it just disappears like that!

i had this big realisation today that they actually have movies uploaded on youtube! public online piracy! so, i saw the trailer for Accepted! and i wanted to watch it since a few months back. but somehow, for some reason it never got any publicity in Singapore and apparently the movie stopped screening before i even know it came out. Hell i doubt anyone knew it came out anyway. so i youtube'd it. HEHEH new term!! and it was a GREAT movie. its about how a group of students got rejected from all the colleges and some despo guy started up a fake college to fake his parents. the thing is the fake college actually makes the students really learn stuff they WANT to learn. and not wad they are SUPPOSED to learn. yeah. its nice to watch and think about it.
its a comedy by the way.

Finally went to VivoCity! honestly the first thing that was on my mind was that it was freaking crowded for a weekday. and it wasn't really as big as they described it maybe, but it was confusing and hard to find the places. Wanted to eat at sushi-tei but hesitated and went to Marche to 'check-it-out', only to realise that we wasted alot of time walking around to find out that Marche will only be opened in Feb 2007. and when we went back to sushi-tei, there was about 50 people queueing up already. DaRn. but anyway, we went to some german restaurant which none of us know how to pronounce and ordered some platter for 2 that even the waitress also didnt dare to try pronouncing. HA.
Waitress: Can i clear ur plates? C: you never know... open season wasnt that nice i think. its a kids show! i must be too matured already to enjoy such shows liao. sigh.
